By creating an account or playing MapleFresh, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game or this website.
1. The service
MapleFresh is an independent, fan-run, AI-assisted reverse-engineering project. It is not an official MapleStory service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nexon, Wizet, or MapleStory Classic. The service is provided as is and is not permanent: we may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue it at any time, without notice.
We respect the intellectual property rights of Nexon and other rights holders and will cease operation upon request. Rights holders may contact us through the Support page; we respond promptly.
2. Your account
- One account per player. You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- Don't share, sell or trade accounts.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the server rules.
3. Conduct
No hacking, botting, exploiting, harassment or real-money trading. Full details are in the server rules.
4. NX purchases
- All NX purchases are final and non-refundable. NX is a virtual item with no cash value.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support results in a permanent ban of the account and all accounts on the same IP address. The NX is removed.
- Purchases are limited to $20-$150 per transaction.
- NX is optional, is spent in the in-game Cash Shop, can't be exchanged for money or mesos, and isn't transferable between accounts.
5. Game data
Characters, items and mesos are part of the service and can be changed, rolled back or removed, for example after a bug or exploit.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uptime or that it will be free of bugs.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and post in our News.
