Report a bug
Report it in game: type @bug what went wrong in the chat box, or use SHORT CUT > REPORT BUG. Your map and channel are saved with it, so just say what you were doing and what you expected.
Exploits (duping, free items) go the same way, and you may be rewarded for them.
GM support
For account problems, missing NX or anything a GM needs to look at, post in the Help & Support forum and a GM will answer there.
Include your username and character name, but never your password. GMs will never ask for it.

Seen someone hacking, botting or scamming? Tell the GMs — reports go straight to the GM Panel.
Server rules
Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on how serious it is. See also the Terms of Service.
